The U.S. Army Field Band

The Concert Band of the U.S. Army Field Band’s elite 65-member instrumental ensemble has performed in all 50 states, as well as around the world. Sit back and enjoy a powerful, diverse program that includes marches, overtures, popular songs, patriotic tunes and instrumental solos. ​The Soldiers’ Chorus, founded in 1957, is the vocal complement of the United States Army Field Band of Washington, DC. The 29–member mixed choral ensemble travels throughout the nation and abroad, performing as a separate component and in joint concerts with the Concert Band of the “Musical Ambassadors of the Army.” The chorus has performed in all fifty states, Canada, Mexico, India, the Far East, and throughout Europe, entertaining audiences of all ages.​​ ​​* ​Only the first 1,700 patrons will be admitted. OFC is a program of the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving, begun with catalytic funding from Johnson & Johnson. It provides free and confidential support to the families of those who have served our nation. Specially trained coaches help military families learn how to overcome the obstacles they face and to manage any challenges that might come along. Coaching is done in your home, by phone/Skype, to customize a 16 to 24 week program that is unique to your family.
